What to expect

You don’t have to speak. You don’t need to explain or defend your recovery. You can simply listen.

What is shared in the room stays in the room.

Meeting flow

A simple structure that keeps the focus on integration.

Welcome & Opening

We introduce the purpose of the fellowship, review community standards, and remind everyone that this is peer support—not medical care.

Moment of Silence + Breathwork

We become present and create space before moving into the discussion.

Integration Topic + Open Sharing

A theme or question guides the room. Members share from personal experience rather than giving advice or prescribing a path.

Closing Intention

We leave with one grounded action, reflection, or intention to carry into daily life.

Meeting Readings

Readings we return to every week.

How It Works

Why we are here and what it means to carry insight into everyday life.

The Promises

What can begin to change when recovery, insight, and integration become daily practice.

The Traditions

The principles that protect the fellowship, our meetings, and the trust of the room.
